Phoenix Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Oliver Stone, Janet Yang and Michael Hausman. The People vs. Larry Flynt is written by Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski and it is directed by Milos Forman and Milo Forman. Columbia Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
