The Bourne Legacy is a 2012 American English-language Action Adventure film featuring Jeremy Renner, Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Albert Finney, Joan Allen, Stacey Keach and Frank Marshall. The movie is inspired from Jason Bourne series by Robert Ludlum. Relativity Media in association with The Kennedy/Marshall Company and Captivate Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Patrick Crowley, Frank Marshall, Jeffrey M. Weiner and Ben Smith. The Bourne Legacy is written by Tony Gilroy, Dan Gilroy and Robert Ludlum and it is directed by Tony Gilroy. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Bourne Legacy was released on 10th August 2012 and takes a screen time of 135 minutes. The Bourne Legacy was made on a budget of $125 million and at the box office it grossed only $1 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tony Gilroy and Dan Gilroy. Cinematography was done by Robert Elswit and editing by John Gilroy. The music was composed by James Newton Howard.
