A substitute teacher in 1970s Philadelphia joins an open tryout for the NFL team Philadelphia Eagles after being encouraged by bar regulars, and against all odds, secures a roster spot and begins his career with the team. Invincible is a 2006 American English-language Biography Drama movie starring Mark Wahlberg, Greg Kinnear, Elizabeth Banks, Michael Rispoli, Kevin Conway, Kirk Acevedo and Mark Pricskett. Walt Disney Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gordon Gray and Mark Ciardi. Invincible is written by Brad Gann and directed by Ericson Core. Buena Vista Pictures Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the film. Invincible was released on 25th August 2006 and takes a screen time of 104 minutes.
