Disneys Mulan is about a young woman who enlists in the Imperial Chinese Army to bring honor to her family, fighting in place of her injured father, and saves China from the invading Huns while promoting values of bravery, loyalty, and perseverance. Mulan is a 1998 American English-language Animation Adventure film featuring Ming-na Wen, Eddie Murphy, Bd Wong, Miguel Ferrer, June Foray, James Hong and Kath Soucie. The movie is inspired from Ballad of Mulan by Guo Maoqian. Walt Disney Pictures in association with Walt Disney Feature Animation. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Chris Bender and Pam Coats. Mulan is written by Amanda Silver, Rick Jaffa, Robert D. San Souci, Rita Hsiao, Chris Sanders, Philip Lazebnik, Raymond Singer, Eugenia Bostwick-singer, Dean Deblois, John Sanford, Chris Williams, Tim Hodge, Julius Aguimatang, Burny Mattinson, Lorna Cook, Barry Johnson, Thom Enriquez, Ed Gombert, Joe Grant, Floyd Norman, Linda Woolverton, Jodi Ann Johnson, Alan Ormsby, David Reynolds, Don Dougherty, Jorgen Klubien, Denis Rich, Joe Ekers, Theodore Newton, Larry Scholl, Daan Jippes, Frank Nissen, Jeff Snow and Anonymous and it is directed by Niki Caro, Tony Bancroft and Barry Cook. Buena Vista Pictures Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Mulan was released on 18th June 1998 and takes a screen time of 87 minutes.
