All Rounder

The film tells the story of Balaraju, a snake charmer who tries to win the love of Ramya by playing his snake continuously for six hours, but after facing humiliation in the city, he transforms into an All-Rounder to impress her, only to be asked to kidnap her father to convince him to accept their relationship, leading to a series of comedic events involving the police, another snake charmer, and the search for a missing cellphone containing important property details. All Rounder is a 1998 Indian Telugu-language Comedy motion picture starring Rajendra Prasad, Sanghavi, Dasari Brahmam and Sivannarayana. Surya Teja Movie Makers was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Nimmagadda Venkateswara Rao, Palli Kesava Rao and Mandava Suresh.
