Thumbelinas journey takes her from the safety of her fathers home in a tulip to the grasp of a frog, a beetle, an old mouse, and finally Mr. Mole before she is saved by a swallow and a prince, ultimately becoming a princess after helping prevent a potential flood. Thumbelina is a 1992 English-language Animation Adventure motion picture starring Candi Milo and Susan Silo. Golden Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Diane Eskenazi. GoodTimes Home Video acquired the distribution rights for the film. Thumbelina was released on 8th June 1992. Thumbelina was made on a budget of $28 million and at the box office it grossed only $11 million. The music was composed by Richard Hurwitz along with John Arrias.
