Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning

During the Bakumatsu, a political assassin named Himura Kenshin joins the Chōshū clan and falls in love with a woman named Tomoe, only to later discover that she and her brother are spies planning to trap and kill him, leading to a tragic chain of events that ultimately result in Himura abandoning his sword and vanishing for a decade during the Meiji era. Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning is a 2021 Japanese Japanese-language Action Adventure movie starring Takeru Satoh, Kasumi Arimura, Issey Takahashi, Nijir Murakami, Masanobu Ando, Kazuki Kitamura and Hôshi Ishida. The movie is inspired from Rurouni Kenshin by Nobuhiro Watsuki. Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning was Produced by Hiroyoshi Koiwai and Satoshi Fukushima. The movie is directed by Keishi Tomo. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning was released on 30th July 2021 and takes a screen time of 137 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $21 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Keishi tomo. Cinematography was done by Takuro Ishizaka and editing by Tsuyoshi Imai. The music was composed by Naoki Sat.
