Peter Pan

Children in Edwardian London act out the story of Peter Pan, and are later visited by Peter himself who brings them to Neverland to defeat Captain Hook and the pirates, but they eventually return home with the appearance of a pirate ship in the clouds. Peter Pan is a 1953 American English-language Animation Adventure movie featuring Bobby Driscoll, Kathryn Beaumont, Hans Conried, Bill Thompson, Heather Angel, Paul Collins and Don Barclay. The movie is based on Peter and Wendy by J. M. Barrie. Walt Disney Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Walt Disney. The movie is directed by Hamilton Luske, Clyde Geronimi and Wilfred Jackson. RKO Radio Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Peter Pan was released on 5th February 1953 and takes a screen time of 77 minutes. Peter Pan was made on a budget of $100 million and at the box office it grossed only $87 million. Editing was done by Donald Halliday. The music was composed by Oliver Wallace.
