Shrek gets tricked into an alternate reality by Rumpelstiltskin, where Fiona is a fugitive and his swamp is empty, but with the help of Donkey and Puss in Boots, he defeats Rumpel, breaks the curse, and returns to his original timeline with a newfound appreciation for his family. Shrek Forever After is a 2010 American English-language Animation Adventure movie starring Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, Antonio Banderas, Julie Andrews, John Cleese and Frank Welker. The movie is based on Shrek! by William Steig. DreamWorks Animation was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gina Shay and Teresa Cheng. Shrek Forever After is written by William Steig, Josh Klausner and Darren Lemke and it is directed by Mike Mitchell. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Shrek Forever After was released on 20th May 2010 and takes a screen time of 93 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Shrek Forever After was made on a budget of $165 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $752 million. Editing was done by Nick Fletcher.
