Nayak

The story follows Shivaji Rao Gaekwad, a cameraman who exposes the Chief Ministers indifference during riots, and later becomes the Chief Minister himself, facing challenges, corruption, and assassination attempts, but ultimately emerging successful in his governance. Nayak is a 2001 Indian Hindi-language Drama Romance motion picture starring Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Amrish Puri, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Jatin Bora and Pranjal Saikia. The movie is inspired from Mudhalvan by S. Shankar. Sri Surya Movies was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) A.m. Rathnam. Nayak is written by S.
