A famous singer and teacher takes a young girl with a magical voice to his school, but becomes jealous when she becomes successful and dominates her, but eventually realizes his mistake and encourages her to pursue her own career. Pritish Nandy Communications was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Luke Fictitious, Suhasini Maniratnam, Pritish Nandy, Rangita Pritish Nandy and Pooja Bhatt. Sur: The Melody of Life is written by Tanuja Chandra and Vibha Singh and it is directed by Tanuja Chandra. Pritish Nandy Communications acquired the distribution rights for the film.
