John and Jenny Grogan move to Florida, where Jenny excels in her job while John struggles as a reporter, but their decision to adopt an unruly dog named Marley proves to be a chaotic yet beloved addition to their family, with Marleys misadventures eventually inspiring Johns popular newspaper column, while Jenny experiences a miscarriage before giving birth to their children, and as Marleys health deteriorates, the family mourns his loss. Marley & Me is a 2008 American English-language Comedy Drama motion picture starring Owen Wilson, Jennifer Aniston, Eric Dane, Alan Arkin, Kathleen Turner, Nathan Gamble and Keith Moyer. The movie is based on Marley & Me by John Grogan. Fox 2000 Pictures in association with Regency Enterprises, Sunswept Entertainment and Dune Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Karen Rosenfelt and Gil Netter. Marley & Me is written by Scott Frank, Don Roos and John Grogan and it is directed by David Frankel. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Marley & Me was released on 26th February 2009 and takes a screen time of 115 minutes. The Film was successful at box office.
