Vettam

A petty thief and a woman trying to stop her lovers wedding go on a comical adventure together after a precious item goes missing. Vettam is a 2004 Indian Malayalam-language Comedy Romance motion picture starring Bhavna Pani, Dileep Pillai, Kalabhavan Mani, Innocent Vareed Thekkethala, Janardanan, Nedumudi Venu and Hakim. Revathy Kalamandhir was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Menaka. Vettam is written by Sibi Thomas, Priyadarshan Nair, Siby K. Thomas and Udaykrishnan and it is directed by Priyadarshan Nair. Swargachitra Release acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Vettam was released on 20th August 2004. Vettam was made on a budget of ₹2 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Priyadarshan and Udayakrishna-Siby K. Thomas. Cinematography was done by N. K. Ekambaram and editing by N. Gopalakrishnan and Arun Kumar Aravind. The music was composed by Berny-ignatius along with S.p. Venkatesh, Rajeev Alunkal, Beeyar Prasad and Nadirshah.
