Leatherheads is a 2008 American English-language Comedy Drama film starring George Clooney, Ren E Zellweger, John Krasinski, Jonathan Pryce, David De Vries, Rick Forrester and Sandra Elise Williams. Smokehouse Pictures in association with Casey Silver Productions and Mirage Enterprises. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) George Clooney, Grant Heslov, Barbara A. Hall, Casey Silver, Jeffrey Silver and Sydney Pollack. Leatherheads is written by Duncan Brantley and Rick Reilly and it is directed by George Clooney. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Leatherheads was released on 3rd April 2008 and takes a screen time of 114 minutes. Leatherheads was made on a budget of $58 million and at the box office it grossed only $41 million. Cinematography was done by Newton Thomas Sigel and editing by Stephen Mirrione. The music was composed by Academy Award Oscar winner Randy Newman.
