36th Chamber of Shaolin

The anti-Ching patriots, under the guidance of Ho Kuang-han, have secretly set up their base in Canton, disguised as school masters. During a brutal Manchu attack, Lui manages to escape and devotes himself to learning the martial arts in order to k revenge. In a short period of time he masters the deadly use of his fists, feet and palms, along with such weapons as swords, sticks, and lances. With his learning complete, he takes on the Manchus. Written by Anonymous 36th Chamber of Shaolin is a 1978 Mandarin-language Action Adventure movie featuring Gordon Liu, Lo Lieh, Chia-hui Liu, Lieh Lo, Chia Yung Liu, Norman Chu and Hsin-chuan Wu. 36th Chamber of Shaolin was Produced by Mona Fong and Run Run Shaw. 36th Chamber of Shaolin is written by I Kuang and directed by Lau Kar-leung. Shaw Brothers Studio acquired the distribution rights for the movie. 36th Chamber of Shaolin was released on 2nd February 1978 and takes a screen time of 115 minutes. Cinematography was done by Huang Yeh-tai and editing by Geung Hing Lung and Li Yen-Hai. The music was composed by Chen Yung-yu.
