At the strait 'Roaring Currents', master strategist Admiral Yi and his 12 battleships oppose enemy's fleet of 330, and win the most incredible victory of history. The Admiral is a 2014 Korean Korean-language Action Adventure film featuring Choi Min-sik, Ryu Seung-ryong, Cho Jin-woong, Min-sik Choi, Jin-woong Jo, Myung-gon Kim and Kirk Thornton. Big Stone Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kim Han-min. The Admiral is written by Cheol-hong Jeon, Han-min Kim, Jeon Chul-hong and Kim Han-min and it is directed by Han-min Kim and Kim Han-min. CJ Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The Admiral was released on 30th July 2014 in Korean and Japanese languages and takes a screen time of 127 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The Admiral was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of $138 million. Cinematography was done by Kim Tae-seong and editing by Kim Chang-ju. The music was composed by Kim Tae-seong.
