A fashion editor and her boyfriend go on vacation with another couple, but after a storm damages their plane, the editor and a middle-aged man are stranded on a deserted island where they discover nearby pirates, ultimately repairing their plane and returning home to the editor breaking up with her boyfriend and riding into the sunset with the middle-aged man. Six Days Seven Nights is a 1998 American English-language Action Adventure motion picture starring Harrison Ford, Anne Heche, David Schwimmer, Temuera Morrison, Jacqueline Obradors, Allison Janney and Kerry Rossall. Touchstone Pictures in association with Caravan Pictures, Northern Lights Entertainment and Roger Birnbaum Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ivan Reitman and Roger Birnbaum. Six Days Seven Nights is written by Michael Browning and directed by Ivan Reitman. Buena Vista Pictures Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Six Days Seven Nights was released on 16th July 1998 and takes a screen time of 102 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Six Days Seven Nights was made on a budget of $70 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $164 million. Cinematography was done by Michael Chapman and editing by Wendy Greene Bricmont and Sheldon Kahn. The music was composed by Randy Edelman along with Taj Mahal.
