Scott Rudin Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Scott Rudin, Andrew Niccol, Edward S. Feldman and Adam Schroeder. The Truman Show is written by Andrew Niccol and directed by Peter Weir. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Truman Show was released on 1st October 1998 and takes a screen time of 103 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. The Truman Show was made on a budget of $60 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $264 million. Cinematography was done by Peter Biziou and editing by William Anderson and Lee Smith.
