Seven Sundays

A widowed Barangay captain with lung cancer reunites with his four adult children who come back home to spend time with him for seven Sundays, and as they reconnect, confront their personal challenges, and support one another, the truth about Manuels misdiagnosis is eventually revealed, bringing the family closer together. Seven Sundays is a 2017 Tagalog-language Drama Comedy movie featuring Ronaldo Valdez, Dingdong Dantes, Cristine Reyes, Enrique Gil, Aga Muhlach, Donita Rose and Gabriel Irabagon. ABS-CBN Film Productions in association with Inc. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Charo Santos-concio and Malou N. Santos. The movie is directed by Cathy Garcia-molina. Star Cinema acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Seven Sundays was released on 11th October 2017 and takes a screen time of 128 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₱271 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Roumella Monge, Kiko Abrillo and John Raphael Gonzaga. Cinematography was done by Theo Lozada and editing by Marya Ignacio. The music was composed by Jessie Lasaten.
