Jamie Randall, a pharmaceutical sales representative, faces professional and personal obstacles as he strives to convince doctors to prescribe Zoloft, flirts with female employees of a doctor he needs to meet, engages in a casual sexual relationship with a patient named Maggie who has Parkinsons disease, and ultimately realizes his love for her and chooses to be with her instead of pursuing a job opportunity in Chicago.
