The Waterboy

A socially inept water boy becomes a star player for a college football team and falls in love with a cheerleader, but faces accusations of cheating due to not having a high school diploma, and must pass his GED exam to prove himself. The Waterboy is written by Tim Herlihy and Adam Sandler and it is directed by Frank Coraci. Buena Vista Pictures Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The Waterboy was released on 25th March 1999 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. The Film was successful at box office.
