A talented female soccer player disguises herself as her twin brother to join an elite boarding schools boys soccer team, where she becomes roommates with the team captain and they develop feelings for each other, creating a complicated love triangle. The movie is inspired from Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare. DreamWorks Pictures in association with Lakeshore Entertainment and The Donners Company. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Lauren Shuler Donner, Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi. Shes the Man is written by Ewan Leslie, Karen Mccullah and Kirsten Smith and it is directed by Andy Fickman. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film.
