In one story, a young Jewish boy is separated from his family and raised as a Christian, while his parents go on a difficult journey to free him, facing political challenges in 1858 Italy, and in another story, Kabir seeks revenge against Raina by kidnapping his daughter, Sonia, with the outcome of his actions and Rainas response unknown. Kidnapped is a 2023 Italian-language Drama History movie starring Fausto Russo Alesi, Fabrizio Gifuni, Paolo Pierobon, Filippo Timi, Bruno Cariello, Paolo Calabresi and Orfeo Orlando. The movie is inspired from Il caso Mortara by Daniele Scalise. Kidnapped was Produced by Beppe Caschetto and Simone Gattoni. The movie is directed by Marco Bellocchio. 01 Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The movie has a running time of 125 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $2 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Marco Bellocchio and Susanna Nicchiarelli. Cinematography was done by Francesco Di Giacomo and editing by Francesca Calvelli and Stefano Mariotti. The music was composed by Fabio Massimo Capogrosso.
