Three roommates in Delhi find themselves entangled in a series of chaotic events involving a package containing diamonds, blackmail, a jealous ex-husband, and a chase by gangsters, leading to a dramatic plan to rob a jeweller, a shootout with the police, and ultimately finding love and resolution. Delhi Belly is a 2011 Indian English-language Comedy Crime film featuring Imran Khan, Vir Das, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Poorna Jagannathan, Shenaz Treasurywala, Kim Bodnia and Musa Muhammed Olayinka. Aamir Khan Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Ronnie Screwvala and Jim Furgele. Delhi Belly is written by Akshat Verma and directed by Abhinay Deo and Akshat Verma. UTV Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Delhi Belly was released on 1st July 2011 in English and Hindi languages and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Delhi Belly was made on a budget of ₹23 crore and at the box office it grossed only $16 million. Cinematography was done by Jason West and editing by Huzefa Lokhandwala. The music was composed by Ram Sampath.
