The movie is written and directed by Rakesh Mehta. HBO acquired the distribution rights for the film. Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi was released on 20th April 2012 and takes a screen time of 110 mins. Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹14 lakh. Cinematography was done by Ramanan Krishna and editing by Namrata Rao and Amitava Singha. The music was composed by Vinay Jaiswal.
