Daniel Craig bleached his hair for playing the role of Joe Bang. This 2017 English film was written by Rebecca Blunt and directed by Steven Soderbergh. Steven Soderberg announced his retirement after making the movie Behind Candelabra. Logan Lucky was his first directorial venture after announcing his retirement. The brothers Jimmy and Clyde decide to rob a racing circuit in North Carolina. With their elaborate planning, they manage to execute the heist without the knowledge of the authorities. It was produced by Gregory Jacobs, Mark Johnson, Channing Tatum, and Reid Carolin. It was tastefully captured by Peter Andrews and edited by Mary Ann Bernard. David Holmes composed the music. It was released on August 18, 2017, and has a running time of 119 minutes. The movie was made on a budget of $29million and it grossed $48.5 million at the box office. The distribution rights were acquired by Fingerprint Releasing and Bleecker Street. A PG-13 certificate for the movie was provided by the MPAA.
