Raabta

A banker named Shiv moves to Budapest with his childhood friend Radha for work, where he meets Saira and helps her fight against her kidnapper Zakir, ultimately leading to their happy ending with their twin children in Amritsar. Raabta is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama film starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon, Jim Sarbh, Varun Sharma, Rajkumar Rao, Deepika Padukone and Deependra Singh. Maddock Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bhushan Kumar, Dinesh Vijan and Homi Adajania. Raabta is written by Garima Wahal, Siddharth Singh and Siddharth-garima and it is directed by Dinesh Vijan. AA Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Raabta was released on 20th July 2017 and takes a screen time of 148 minutes. Raabta was made on a budget of ₹47 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹21 crore. Cinematography was done by Martin Preiss and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad and Huzefa Lokhandwala. The music was composed by Pritam Chakraborty along with Sourav Roy, Sachin Jigar, Jam8 and Meet Bros.
