Bad Genius

Lynn, a genius high school student who makes money by helping others cheat tests, receives a new task that leads her to Sydney, Australia. In order to complete the millions-Baht task, Lynn and her classmate have to finish the international STIC (SAT) exam and deliver the answers back to her friends in Thailand, before the exam takes place once again in her home country. Bad Genius is a 2017 Thai-language Comedy Drama movie starring Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying, Chanon Santinatornkul, Teeradon Supapunpinyo and Eisaya Hosuwan. Jor Kwang Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jira Maligool, Vanridee Pongsittisak, Suwimon Techasupinan, Chenchonnee Soonthonsaratul and Weerachai Yaikwawong. Bad Genius is written by Nattawut Poonpiriya, Tanida Hantaweewatana and Vasudhorn Piyaromna and it is directed by Nattawut Poonpiriya. GDH 559 acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Bad Genius was released on 8th June 2017 and takes a screen time of 130 minutes. The film made a box office gross of $42 million. Cinematography was done by Phaklao Jiraungkoonkun and editing by Chonlasit Upanigkit. The music was composed by Hualampong Riddim.
