A young Howard Hughes learns about quarantine from his mother and later becomes a successful filmmaker, aviator, and businessman, but struggles with obsession, failed relationships, mental health issues, and legal battles. The Aviator is a 2004 American English-language Biography Drama movie starring Leonardo Dicaprio, Cate Blanchett, Kate Beckinsale, John C. Reilly, Alec Baldwin, Alan Alda and Nikky Smedley. Forward Pass in association with Appian Way, IMF and Initial Entertainment Group. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Michael Mann, Sandy Climan, Graham King and Charles Evans Jr. The Aviator is written by John Logan and directed by Martin Scorsese. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Aviator was released on 13th January 2005 and takes a screen time of 170 minutes. The Aviator was made on a budget of $110 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. Cinematography was done by Robert Richardson and editing by Thelma Schoonmaker. The music was composed by Academy Award Oscar winner Howard Shore.
