The movie is based on James Bond by Ian Fleming. Eon Productions in association with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures and Columbia Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Michael J. Wilson, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli. Spectre is written by John Logan, Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Jez Butterworth and Ian Fleming and it is directed by Sam Mendes. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Spectre was released on 5th November 2015 and takes a screen time of 148 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Spectre was made on a budget of $245 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $880 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by John Logan, Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and Jez Butterworth. Cinematography was done by Hoyte van Hoytema and editing by Lee Smith. The music was composed by Thomas Newman. At the 2016 Oscar Awards It won an award for Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Song.
