In 2005, a CIA operative named Leonard Turner is taken hostage and his wife is killed, prompting his son Harry to join the CIA in 2015 and help his father track down the people responsible for her death, leading to a twist-filled journey of revenge, betrayal, and ultimately avenging his family. Extraction is a 2015 American English-language Action Drama movie starring Kellan Lutz, Bruce Willis, Gina Carano, D. B. Sweeney, Dan Bilzerian, Steve Coulter and Monica R Harrison. Grindstone Entertainment Group in association with Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films, Ingenious and The Fyzz Facility. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Randall Emmett, George Furla, Adam Goldworm and Mark Stewart. Extraction is written by Max Adams and Umair Aleem and it is directed by Steven A. Miller and Steven C. Miller. Lionsgate Premiere acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Extraction was released on 18th December 2015 and takes a screen time of 83 minutes. Extraction was made on a budget of $8 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Max Adams and Umair Aleem. Cinematography was done by Brandon Cox and editing by Vincent Tabaillon. The music was composed by Ryan Dodson.
