Riddick

Riddick, the uneasy Lord Marshal of the Necromonger fleet, strikes a deal with Commander Vaako in exchange for a ship to reach Furya, but is betrayed, buried alive, and forced to fend off predators on a desolate planet with the help of mercenaries before escaping with a new ship. Riddick is a 2013 American English-language Action Sci-Fi film starring Vin Diesel, Jordi Moll, Matthew Nable, Katee Sackhoff, Dave Bautista, Bokeem Woodbine and Lani Minella. The movie is based on Characters by Jim Wheat Ken Wheat. Radar Pictures in association with One Race Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ted Field, Vin Diesel and Samantha Vincent. Riddick is written by David Twohy, Jim Wheat and Ken Wheat and it is directed by David Twohy. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Riddick was released on 12th September 2013 and takes a screen time of 119 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Riddick was made on a budget of $38 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $98 million. Cinematography was done by David Eggby and editing by Tracy Adams. The music was composed by Venice Golden Lion winner Graeme Revell.
