Dr. Elena Kinder and Dr. Heep study genius babies with the goal of funding a theme park called Joyworld, believing that babies possess universal knowledge and speak a secret language called Babytalk, but when mischievous toddler Sylvester escapes and meets his twin brother Whit, chaos ensues as the brothers are mistaken for each other and captured, ultimately leading to their reunion but leaving the true extent of the babies knowledge a mystery.
