Deep Blue Sea

In a remote underwater facility, scientists Susan and Jim conduct research on genetically engineered sharks, but when one shark escapes, it leads to a series of deadly events that result in the groups attempt to escape and ultimately, Susan sacrificing herself to save the others. Village Roadshow Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Akiva Goldsman, Tony Ludwig and Alan Riche. Deep Blue Sea is written by Duncan Kennedy, Donna Powers and Wayne Powers and it is directed by Renny Harlin. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
