In the Lego universe, a construction worker named Emmet finds a powerful item called the Piece of Resistance and must team up with others to stop the evil Lord Business from using a superweapon to freeze the world, while in the human world, a boy named Finn and his father learn the value of creativity and imagination. The LEGO Movie is written by Chris Mills, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, Dan Hageman, Kevin Hageman, Ole Kirk Christiansen, Godtfred Kirk Christiansen, Jens Nygaard Knudsen, Peter Laird, Kevin Eastman, George Lucas, James L. The LEGO Movie was released on 6th February 2014 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. The LEGO Movie was made on a budget of $30 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Cinematography was done by Pablo Plaisted and editing by David Burrows and Chris McKay. The music was composed by Mark Mothersbaugh.
