A lawyer accidentally kills a Romani woman, leading to a curse that causes him to rapidly lose weight, and as he seeks help from the Romani camp and enlists the Mafia for revenge, the curse takes unexpected turns culminating in a deadly pie. Thinner, Stephen Kings is a 1996 American English-language Fantasy Horror film featuring Robert John Burke, Joe Mantegna, Lucinda Jenney, Bethany Joy Lenz, Time Winters, Howard Erskine and Todd Tucker. The movie is inspired from Thinner by Richard Bachman. Spelling Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mitchell Galin and Richard P. Rubinstein. The movie is directed by Tom Holland. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
