A grieving couple becomes foster parents to a young boy who possesses the ability to make dreams come true, but when a terrifying creature known as the Canker Man starts threatening their family, they must fight to protect him and uncover the truth about his unique gift. Before I Wake is a 2016 American English-language Drama Fantasy movie starring Kate Bosworth, Thomas Jane, Jacob Tremblay, Annabeth Gish, Dash Mihok, Topher Bousquet and Oleksandr Reshetilov. Intrepid Pictures in association with Demarest Films and MICA Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) William L. Johnson, William B. Johnson, Sam Englebardt, William D. Johnson and Trevor Macy. Before I Wake is written by Mike Flanagan and Jeff Howard and it is directed by Mike Flanagan. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Before I Wake was released on 5th May 2016 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $3 million. Cinematography was done by Michael Fimognari and editing by Mike Flanagan. The music was composed by Danny Elfman along with The Newton Brothers.
