Mr. Verloc is part of a gang of foreign saboteurs operating out of London. He manages a small cinema with his wife and her teenage brother as a cover, but they know nothing of his secret. Scotland Yard assign an undercover detective to work at the shop next to the cinema in order to observe the gang. Written by Col Needham Sabotage is a 1936 English-language Crime Thriller movie featuring Sylvia Sidney, Oskar Homolka, John Loder, Desmond Tester, Joyce Barbour, Matthew Boulton and Sam Wilkinson. Sabotage was Produced by Michael Balcon. The movie is directed by Alfred Hitchcock. General Film Distributors Ltd. acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Sabotage was released on 8th January 1937 and takes a screen time of 76 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. The movie made a box office gross of $22 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Charles Bennett. Cinematography was done by Bernard Knowles and editing by Charles Frend. The music was composed by Jack Beaver.
