Mythri Movie Makers was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Y. Naveen, Y. Ravi Shankar and C. V. Mohan. Rangasthalam is written by Diwakar Babu and Sukumar Bandreddi and it is directed by Sukumar Bandreddi. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Rangasthalam was released on 22nd November 2019 and takes a screen time of 174 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Rangasthalam was made on a budget of ₹60 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹210 crore. Cinematography was done by R. Rathnavelu and editing by Naveen Nooli. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. At the 2019 South Filmfare Awards It won 4 awards including: Best Actor (Ram Charan Teja), Best Supporting Actress (Anasuya Bharadwaj), Best Music Director and Best Lyricist.
