Rambo: First Blood Part II

Rambo, a former U.S. Army Green Beret imprisoned at a penal labor facility, agrees to a solo mission to confirm reports of American POWs left in enemy custody in Vietnam in exchange for a pardon, but after being betrayed and captured by the Vietnamese, he takes matters into his own hands, seeking vengeance against those who betrayed them and ultimately rescuing the POWs before demanding the rescue of the remaining ones and walking away. Rambo: First Blood Part II is a 1985 American English-language Action Adventure movie featuring Sylvester Stallone, Richard Crenna, Charles Napier, Steven Berkoff, Julia Nickson, Martin Kove and Harry Mok. The movie is inspired from John Rambo by David Morrell. Anabasis Investments in association with N.V. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Buzz Feitshans. Rambo: First Blood Part II is written by James Cameron and directed by George P. Cosmatos. Tri-Star Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
