Mamangam

During the Mamankam festival held at the banks of Bharathapuzha in Tirunavaya, soldiers from various places used to come together to wager battle. Mamangam is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language Action War film featuring Mammootty, Unni Mukundan, Siddique, Prachi Tehlan, Anu Sithara, Kaniha and Nandhan Unni. Kavya Film Company was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Venu Kunnappilly. The movie is directed by M. Padmakumar. Kavya Film Company acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Mamangam was released on 12th December 2019 and takes a screen time of 160 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Mamangam was made on a budget of ₹55 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹135 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Sajeev Pillai and Shankar Ramakrishnan. Cinematography was done by Manoj Pillai and editing by Raja Mohammad. The music was composed by M. Jayachandran along with Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara.
