Mamangam

The film depicts the story of the Mamangam festival and the journey of two warriors to participate in it, overcoming obstacles and ultimately causing a shift in their villages view on the tradition. Mamangam is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language Action War movie featuring Mammookka, Unni Mukundan, Anu Sithara, Siddique, Mammootty, Dhruvan and Jojo George. Kavya Film Company was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Venu Kunnampalli. Mamangam is written by Shankar Ramakrishnan and directed by M. Padmakumar. Kavya Film Company acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Mamangam was released on 12th December 2019 and takes a screen time of 160 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Mamangam was made on a budget of ₹55 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹135 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Sajeev Pillai and Shankar Ramakrishnan. Cinematography was done by Manoj Pillai and editing by Shameer Muhammed. The music was composed by Sanchit Balhara along with Ankit Balhara.
