In their quest for eternal darkness, the Lord of Darkness sends his goblin minions to kill the unicorns and brings winter upon the land, but a group led by Jack and Princess Lili strive to stop them and restore light and love. Legend is a 1985 American English-language Adventure Fantasy film featuring Tom Cruise, Mia Sara, Tim Curry, David Bennent, Alice Playten, Billy Barty and Mike Edmonds. Embassy International Pictures N.V. was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Arnon Milchan. Legend is written by William Hjortsberg, Joseph P. Grace, Tim Hampton and Arnon Milchan and it is directed by Ridley Scott. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Legend was released on 15th January 1991 and takes a screen time of 89-93 minutes ,114 minutes. Legend was made on a budget of $24 million and at the box office it grossed only $15 million. Cinematography was done by Alex Thomson and editing by Terry Rawlings. The music was composed by Jerry Goldsmith along with Tangerine Dream.

Legend, directed by Ridley Scott, who has done better, is set in a timeless forest that you know must be enchanted: though the air is heavy with dandelion fluff, theres not a single dandelion in sight.In fact, the air is so full of dandelion fluff that it would seem to be more hazardous to the health than asbestos, which the fluff suggests, at least metaphorically.
