Psycho

A woman decides to steal money and ends up at a strange motel where she is murdered by the disturbed owner, who is revealed to have been posing as his dead mother and responsible for other killings. Psycho is a 1998 American English-language Horror Mystery motion picture featuring Vince Vaughn, Anne Heche, Julianne Moore, Viggo Mortensen, William H. Macy, Robert Forster and Gus Van Sant. The movie is based on Psycho by Robert Bloch. Imagine Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gus Van Sant and Brian Grazer. The movie is directed by Gus Van Sant. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Psycho was released on 31st December 1998 and takes a screen time of 104 minutes. Psycho was made on a budget of $60 million and at the box office it grossed only $37 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Joseph Stefano.
