After several encounters with Michael Myers and failed attempts to kill him, a mob forms to track down and put an end to his killing spree, leading to a final confrontation where Lauries daughter, Karen, is killed and Laurie herself can only watch. Miramax in association with Blumhouse Productions, Trancas International Pictures and Rough House Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Malek Akkad, Jason Blum and Bill Block. Halloween Kills is written by David Gordon Green, Debra Hill, Scott Teems and Danny Mcbride and it is directed by David Gordon Green. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film.
