American Psycho is written by Bret Easton Ellis, Mary Harron and Guinevere Turner and it is directed by Mary Harron. Lions Gate Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. American Psycho was released on 13th April 2000 and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. American Psycho was made on a budget of $7 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $34 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Mary Harron and Guinevere Turner. Cinematography was done by Andrzej Seku a and editing by Andrew Marcus. The music was composed by John Cale.
