The story follows the lives of P. K. Jayan, Roy Joseph, and Kaitheri Sahadevan, as their childhood experiences shape them into a corrupt police sub inspector, a communist teacher, and a ruthless leader of the Communist Party respectively, leading to a series of events that reveal corruption, friendship betrayal, and ultimately, the arrest of Jayan for the murder of Sahadevan. Left Right Left is a 2013 Indian Malayalam-language Crime Drama movie featuring Indrajith Sukumaran, Murali Gopy, Lena Kumar, Remya Nambeesan, Hareesh Peradi, Lena Abhilash and Vijayaraghavan Pillai. Rejaputhra Visual Media was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) M. Renjith. Left Right Left is written by Murali Gopy and M. Renjith and it is directed by Arun Kumar Aravind. Rejaputhra Release acquired the distribution rights for the film. Left Right Left was released on 14th June 2013 and takes a screen time of 163 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Left Right Left was made on a budget of ₹6 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹13 crore. Cinematography was done by Shehnad Jalaal and editing by Arun Kumar Aravind. The music was composed by National Award winner Gopi Sundar along with Gopi Sunder. At the 2014 South Filmfare Awards It won an award for Best Supporting Actor (Murali Gopy).
