The story follows the rise and fall of Kotwal Ramachandra in the Bangalore underworld during the declaration of the state of emergency by Indira Gandhi, and the relationship between Chetan and Mallika, which is threatened by Chetans disapproving father. Aa Dinagalu is a 2007 Indian Kannada-language Crime Drama film starring Chethan Kumar, Sharath Lohitashwa, Ashish Vidyarthi, Atul Kulkarni, Veda Sastry, Girish Karnad and Archana Shastry.
