Devaasuram

Spoiled heir Neelakandan accidentally kills someone and incites the anger of a rival family, but later regrets his actions after discovering a terrible secret from his mother and ultimately fights back against his attackers. Devaasuram is a 1993 Indian Malayalam-language Action Drama film starring Revathi, Mohanlal Viswanathan, Nedumudi Venu, Innocent Vareed Thekkethala, Napoleon Duraisamy, V.k. Sriraman and Ramu. Anugraha Cine Arts was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) V. B. K. Menon. Devaasuram is written by Ranjith Balakrishnan and directed by I.v. Sasi and I. V. Sasi. Anugraha Release acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Devaasuram was released on 14th April 1993 and takes a screen time of 160 minutes. Devaasuram was made on a budget of ₹0 lakh. Cinematography was done by V. Jayaram and editing by K. Narayanan. The music was composed by M. G. Radhakrishnan along with S. P. Venkatesh. At the 1994 South Filmfare Awards It won an award for Best Actor (Mohanlal Viswanathan).
