Aacharya

A man from a poor Brahmin family grows up in Mannargudi, and his life takes a turn when he is taken in by a Muslim man; however, he faces false arrest, befriends a gang leader, falls in love with a police officer, seeks revenge for a friends murder, exposes corruption, but suffers a devastating loss in the end. Aacharya is a 2006 Indian Tamil-language Drama movie starring Vignesh, Divya and Nasser. ITA Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) S. N. Raja, E. Chitra and V. Uma Maheshwari. The motion picture is written and directed by Ravi. Aacharya was released on 1st January 2006 and takes a screen time of 120 minutes. Cinematography was done by Rajavel Mohan and editing by Suresh Urs. The music was composed by Srikanth Deva.
