Panjaa

A hitman named Jaidev works for a don named Bhagavan in Kolkata, but their rivalry with Kulkarni leads to a series of events involving mistreatment, kidnapping, murder, and ultimately Jaidevs escape to Palasa where he finds love and faces obstacles while trying to protect his love interest Sandhya, and eventually, he kills Bhagavan and reunites with Sandhya. Panjaa is a 2011 Indian Telugu-language Action Crime movie featuring Pawan Kalyan, Sarah-jane Dias, Anjali Lavania, Jackie Shroff, Adivi Sesh, Atul Kulkarni and Dayanand Reddy. Arka Media Works in association with Sanghamitra Arts Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Neelima Tirumalasetty, Nagesh Muntha, Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni. Panjaa is written by Abburi Ravi and directed by Vishnuvardhan. Sri Venkateswara Creations acquired the distribution rights for the film. Panjaa was released on 8th December 2011 and takes a screen time of 156 minutes. Panjaa was made on a budget of ₹33 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹26 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Rahul Koda , Vishnuvardhan and Abburi Ravi. Cinematography was done by P. S. Vinod and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
